Co-op Music School
The Music Schools meet at the Co-op Education Centre, Ipswich and tuition is available in flute, guitar, keyboard, percussion, piano, recorder, violin and woodwind instruments. Along with practical lessons we also teach theory. Lessons are open to all ages on a one to one basis, although shared lessons are available. Students have the opportunity to take exams if desired or simply play for fun. We also run an Orchestral and Recorder Ensembles. Each Ensemble has a wide and varied repertoire and welcomes all Music School students. We organise an annual Concert of Youth which all our students are given the opportunity to perform. The Orchestral and Recorder Ensembles also perform at the annual Ipswich Music Day and are often asked to play at other events and venues throughout the year. |
